• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our services
• Sublicense or transfer your access rights to third parties

You retain ownership of your business data and content that you upload to our platform, while granting us the necessary rights to process and analyse this data to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aerotripoxum Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to aerotripoxum in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, although we make reasonable efforts to ensure reliable service delivery.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aerotripoxum Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services in violation of these terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any content or data you provide that infringes third-party rights
• Unauthorised use of your account by third parties due to your negligence

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and aerotripoxum regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Termination may occur immediately in cases of:

• Material breach of these terms that remains uncured after 14 days' notice
• Non-payment of fees after 30 days from the due date
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Misuse of our services or attempts to compromise system security

Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred before the termination date.

11. Force Majeure

aerotripoxum shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.
